Fastest Residential Fiber Service in Chittenden County
BURLINGTON, VT — December 23, 2025 — Burlington Telecom (BT) has announced the launch of its new multi-gig Flight Fiber internet speed tiers, expanding access to faster, more reliable connectivity for area residents. The new offerings are available to new customers beginning December 20 and include multi-tiered fiber connectivity speed options up to 5 Gig symmetrical.
As demand for high-performance internet continues to grow—driven by remote work, online education, telehealth, streaming entertainment, and smart home technology—Flight Fiber is designed to help households keep pace with evolving technology needs, both today and in the future.
With the introduction of 5 Gig speeds, Flight Fiber positions BT as offering the fastest fiber-to-the-home internet service currently available to residential customers in Chittenden County.
All new Flight Fiber customers will receive complimentary Smart Wi-Fi with one mesh extender, helping ensure consistent coverage throughout the home. Customers will also benefit from long-term pricing stability that reflects Burlington Telecom’s commitment to transparency, value, and predictable service over time.
To celebrate and in appreciation of current customers, complimentary speed upgrades are currently underway and are expected to be completed by the end of December. Customers on legacy internet tiers will be notified by mail and email once their upgrades are finalized, at no additional cost.
