Exciting news! Burlington Telecom has officially launched our new and expanded bill payment system featuring an improved Customer Self-Service Portal. Here are a few important updates:

  • Digital Wallets – Subscribers can pay their bill using the following digital wallets: PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Digital wallets is available within the new Customer Self-Service Portal.
  • 24-Hour Phone Service – New interactive voice response (IVR) phone line that allows subscribers to pay bills and receive account information: 866-734-6064
  • AutoPay – If you were enrolled in AutoPay, your payments will continue as scheduled*. If you are not enrolled and wish to, you can do so in the new Customer Self-Service Portal.

*Please note that Burlington Telecom no longer accepts Amex (American Express) as of 10/7/24. If you utilized Amex for AutoPay, please log into your payment portal to update, or contact our customer service team to update your payment.
