What is the Lifeline Program? Lifeline is a service offered as part of a government assistance program and is available only to eligible consumers that qualify through their participation in the following government programs or through income.
Qualified Lifeline customers will receive a monthly credit of $9.25 for high speed home internet service, or $5.25 for basic dial tone service. Lifeline is limited to one discount per household and the service is non-transferable.
