When should I let Burlington Telecom know I am moving?

ASAP – Try to pre-plan and notify customer service 30 days before your move. Moving season is very busy.

Do I have to pay for re-installation?

No. Not unless the installation at the new address requires special work.

If I am already a Burlington Telecom customer what is the process for moving?

  1. Call to verify your new address.
  2. If you are renting, please submit the letter of permission from landlord.
  3. Provide customer service with date of move and schedule install appointment.
