BT is retiring email as of December 31, 2025. Modern email services offer more features, more space, and better security. By focusing on our fiber internet and local support, we can continue providing the great service you count on every day.
Before December 31st, create a new email address and move any messages or contacts you want to keep. Then update any online accounts that use your BT email to log in.
