Holiday Hours: Our Burlington lobby will be open from 8 AM to 12 PM on 12/24 and 12/31, and closed on 12/25 and 1/1. Our Essex office will be closed the week of 12/22 – 12/26 and on 12/31.

Our Help Desk will be open regular hours throughout the holidays, except on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. On 12/20 and 12/27, Help Desk hours will be 8 AM to 7 PM.

Burlington Telecom is Committed to Supporting Pre K-12 Students in Burlington

Burlington Telecom is happy to partner with Pre K-12 schools in Burlington, providing families without Internet access connectivity to support remote learning.  This program will be available during the school closures associated with the Coronavirus event (Covered Period).
BT will provide to student families free:
  • 25 Mbps, symmetrical Internet access
  • Wi-Fi device
  • Installation
To make this easy for families, this program eliminates the application process for our current discount programs, Edu-Net & Lifeline. Families only need to provide Burlington Telecom with their name, address, contact information and school the child is attending to determine service availability.

  • Given the evolution of the Coronavirus event, offices at 200 Church St and 1127 North Ave will not be accepting walk-ins for the health & well being of all.
This program is available to non-existing Burlington Telecom customers in addresses serviceable by Burlington Telecom.
