We are often asked how long does the installation take and what does the process look like. So, let’s take a look at the steps.

Drop & Pre-wire

In just a few days after receiving permission we visit your home, map out the safest route, and conveniently place the drop. When you decided to order service, we will return to pre-wire, this means installing some critical equipment on the outside of the home.

Install & Optimize

During a day and time that is convenient for you we schedule a installation appointment with one of our amazing technicians. Often completed in 1-2 hours, we wire the home for it’s new fiber connection, install any equipment, and lastly optimize your WiFi for the best performance.

Device Setup & Check Up

We don’t want to leave you hanging. So, before we leave you with Burlington’s fastest internet we will make sure that all of your vital devices are connected and good to go! You will even receive a follow up a few days later to make sure everything is working.
