What is the Lifeline Program? Lifeline is a service offered as part of a government assistance program and is available only to eligible consumers that qualify through their participation in the following government programs or through income.
- SNAP
- Social Security Income
- Medicaid
- Federal Public Housing Assistance
- Veterans Pension & Survivors Benefits Program
Qualified Lifeline customers will receive a monthly credit of $9.25 for high-speed home internet service and $5.25 for telephone service.
