BT Lifeline offers high-speed internet service or basic dial tone to Lifeline eligible Burlington households at a significantly reduced price.

What is the Lifeline Program? Lifeline is a service offered as part of a government assistance program and is available only to eligible consumers that qualify through their participation in the following government programs or through income.

  • SNAP
  • Social Security Income
  • Medicaid
  • Federal Public Housing Assistance
  • Veterans Pension & Survivors Benefits Program

Qualified Lifeline customers will receive a monthly credit of $9.25 for high-speed home internet service and $5.25 for telephone service. Lifeline is limited to one discount per household and the service is non-transferable. *Note: Lifeline is only available in Burlington. Contact us for availability*
