How do I watch TV Everywhere?

BT offers options to view live and on-demand content from many of your favorite channels. Click here to view all the channels available.

*Some channels (HBO, FX, etc.) require you to both register with their site and link your account to your cable provider’s account.

Why is my remote not working?

  1. Press the STB button.
  2. Change the batteries.
  3. Check for objects that may be obstructing the remote signal and the cable box.
  4. If the issue has not been resolved contact help desk.

My TV has no sound.

  1. Check another TV in your home to see if it has the same issue.
  2. Check that all cords are properly connected.
  3. Reboot the set top box by removing the powder cord.

My TV has a fuzzy picture.

  1. Check another TV in your home to see if it has the same issue.

My channels are out.

Are Parental Controls offered to cable users?

Yes!

  1. Press the menu button,
  2. Scrolling to the Lock Icon that says “Control On” or “Control Off.”
  3. Press “OK” to toggle between On and Off.

You can customize these controls by selecting settings and then selecting the check box labeled “Parental Control.”

What is Video-On-Demand?

Video on Demand is a service which allows you to select a program from a menu you would like to view. You will be able to stop, pause, fast forward and re-wind just like a DVD. BT has hundreds of titles available. Check them out here.

Do I need a set-top box for each TV?

Yes. This is needed because all of our services are digital IP based.

How do I cancel, change, or disconnect my service?

What is the installation process like?

An appointment time that is convenient for you will be arranged. Someone 18 or older must be at your home during the installation. The installer will greet you and review the procedure and connection of the service that you have ordered. Each service will be tested to confirm it’s working. You will then need to sign a form indicating that your service was successfully installed.

How can I check for service outages in my area?

Major outages/ delays will be reported at the top of the BT website and on Facebook/Twitter. You can also contact customer service.
